Andrew Tran

Andrew is a senior solicitor at Willocks Lawyers who has over 13 years’ experience in Transport Accident Claims (TAC), Work Accident Claims (Workcover), Public Liability Claims and Will and Estate Disputes.  Prior to commencing with Willocks Lawyers, Andrew practiced for several years at a prominent national law firm which specialises in injury compensation.

 

He is passionate about representing the rights of injured clients to fair compensation and always strive to exceed clients’ expectations.  He is widely regarded by his clients for his determination to obtain the best possible outcome in difficult cases and guiding them through complex TAC or Workcover process, usually acting on a “no win – no fee” arrangement.

 

Andrew also has particular expertise and experience in all aspects of Wills and Estate law, including claims arising from contested Wills and have represented clients in complex matters in this area in the Supreme Court of Victoria.

 

Andrew is bilingual and is fluent in both English and Vietnamese.  He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at Deakin University.
