Natacha Dao-Chaeng

Natacha represents clients in migration law, family law and she heads the firm’s property and conveyance practice.  Prior to commencing with Willocks Lawyers in 2010, Natacha practiced in intellectual property at an international law firm in Thailand and has worked in the area of industrial relations for a union representing professional employees.

 

Natacha has developed a reputation for providing strategic advice and achieving successful outcomes in navigating clients through complex immigration issues and appeals at court and tribunal. She is recognised in Doyle’s Guide 2022 as a Leading Immigration Lawyer.

 

Her clients come from many parts of the world including Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia, India, New Zealand, UK and the USA.  Her immigration services to clients, both individuals and businesses include skilled migration, business migration, family and partner migration, sponsorship of overseas employees, visitor visa, protection visa and review applications and complex appeals.

 

She offers fixed fees for her service rather than the uncertainty associated with by-the-hour billing.  She is highly sought after by her clients for her result driven approach and understanding of various Asian cultures.

 

Natacha is bilingual and is fluent in both English and Thai.   She is qualified to practice law in Australia and Thailand and maintains strong connections in both countries.  She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Chulalongkorn University (Thailand), Graduate Certificate in Migration Law and Practice at the Australian National University, Bachelor of Laws at Deakin University and a Master of Laws at the University of Melbourne.
